If you have lost the ability to log in with 2FA (for example you have lost your phone), we can remove the two factor authentication from your account.
To do that:
- Write an email stating that you wish to remove 2FA from your account. In the email, write down 3 domains that you protect with Patchstack, that are active on your account. In case you have less domains, write these all down.
- Email must be sent from the same email address that your Patchstack account is registered with.
- Send your email to [email protected].
